Technical specifications: - Outer casing: Die-cast Zamak (Zinc Alloy) for prestige weight and high-definition detailing. - Mechanism: High-torque 12.1mm A-shell as the standard cosmetic engine. - Finishing: Satin Champagne Gold via PVD or Electroplating, passing adhesion and alcohol rub tests. - Interior: POM/PP internal liners for smooth cap-click fitment. - Bullet: Custom laser-etched bullet mold for 12.1mm diameter. We need: - Unit price estimate based on volumes like 20k or 50k units. - Tooling cost and lead time for a 4-cavity die-cast mold. - FOB port details (e.g., Shanghai/Ningbo or Nhava Sheva). - Lead time for a "Gold Sample" using existing high-detail molds.
