We require 1 hydrochloric acid synthesis unit with daily throughput of 85 tons (100% substance basis). The system must include:
- Vertical cylindrical synthesis furnace and absorption column
- Automated process control system (instrumentation & APS)
- Water cooling unit for column operation
Equipment must maintain product quality compliant with GOST 857-95 Grade A standards (minimum 37% HCl mass fraction). Operational control range required: 30-100% capacity adjustability. The complete package should cover hydrogen generation subsystem and all necessary process integration components.
