Inquiry about LSR overmolded silicone strap with magnets NEW

We are developing a flexible modular silicone strap with repeating molded links. Neodymium (N52) magnets must be overmolded and fully encapsulated inside the silicone. The part also includes a molded micro-texture on one face and press-fit elastic loops. Target hardness is 50–60 Shore A. We need a manufacturer with strong LSR overmolding capability for this insert molding process. Once an NNN is signed, we will share complete PRD, BOM, CAD, and engineering drawings. Please provide: 1. Confirmation of your ability to perform full magnet encapsulation via LSR overmolding. 2. Rough order-of-magnitude cost for a multi-cavity tool (e.g., 1x4 or 1x8). 3. Estimated unit price FOB at MOQ 5,000 and 10,000 units. 4. Estimated lead time for EVT samples after receiving CAD files. Additionally, inform us about your relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA/LFGB food-safe silicone), whether you supply a DFM report before tooling, and if the customer retains tooling ownership after payment.
