I need to integrate a hot cutting knife into a Newlong DHR-6 sewing machine for cutting after sealing ton bags (PP woven bags).
The requirements are:
- Replace the original mechanical scissors.
- Seal the edge while cutting to prevent fraying.
- Synchronize with the sewing machine's action.
- Suitable for thick materials (approximately 10-20mm).
I am looking for a complete retrofit kit including bracket, hot knife, and control system.
