We are working on a plate mill project and require the following equipment: - Crop Shear: mechanical shear with 2 main drives, gearbox ratio approximately 43.5:1, complete machine with auxiliaries. - Divide Shear: mechanical crank shear with cutting force around 16,000 kN, complete machine with scrap handling. - Entry and Exit areas: roller tables (existing and new sections) with speed 0–2.0 m/s, side guides, hydraulic plate shifters, hydraulic plate lifters, and inspection stations. Plate specifications: width up to 4,900 mm, thickness 5–50 mm, length up to 52,000 mm, for hot rolled plate application.
