    We are looking for a complete engineered oilfield wastewater treatment package system designed for both onshore and offshore drilling operations. The system must handle normal 500 KLD and peak 700 KLD flow and suit a 2000 HP rig with up to 7000 m depth.

    Treatment technology should be MBBR or equivalent capable of handling high oil content, drilling mud, and fluctuating loads. The scope must be a fully integrated, skid-mounted modular package, including mechanical process (screening, CPI, DAF, MBBR, clarification, sand/activated carbon filters, UF, SWRO, UV/NaOCl disinfection), sludge dewatering, chemical dosing, and controls. Electrical and automation require Siemens PLC/SCADA with remote monitoring and safety alarms. Pumps, motors, and air compressors need heavy-duty industrial specifications (equivalent to Grundfos, ABB, Sullair). An inbuilt Caterpillar diesel generator for backup and independent operation is essential. All equipment must be enclosed in metal skid structures, not exposed outdoors, with offshore-ready corrosion protection and plug-and-play installation.

    Please propose your recommended process configuration and achievable effluent standards for reuse or discharge.
