We are sourcing a one-stop manufacturing partner for metal sheet housings used in LED back-lit lighting fixtures. The required process includes metal stamping, punching, bending, and assembly. The housings must be finished with high-reflectance matte white powder coating, achieving a reflectivity rate of 90% or higher, with excellent anti-yellowing and heat-resistance performance under LED operating temperatures. Sizes needed are 603*603, 603*1211, and 301*1211.
