For recyclers handling scrap metal, iron, steel, aluminum, drums, bulky waste, cable and selected industrial waste, Twin Shaft Shredder for Aluminum Scrap Size Reduction provides a configurable route from incoming scrap to a recoverable output. Designed as a primary size-reduction machine for difficult and bulky recyclable materials, the twin-shaft configuration uses low-speed, high-torque cutting to prepare feedstock for sorting or further processing.
The working sequence can follow Feeding → low-speed high-torque double-shaft shredding → optional secondary crushing → sorting, with the actual modules adjusted to the physical form and composition of the feedstock. This approach helps avoid over-specifying a line when a simpler configuration is sufficient.

Published category range: Customized according to material, feed size and output size; reference power: Customized according to shaft torque and material hardness; layout: Customized according to chamber, hopper and production target. Final material streams: Uniformly shredded material suitable for sorting or downstream recycling. Technical consideration: Blade profile, shaft diameter, chamber size and discharge size can be customized.
