Custom Segmented Metal Structured Packing for Existing Towers
DAIER Separation can manufacture metal structured packing in segmented blocks according to tower diameter, manway dimensions and installation requirements.
For large-diameter or existing columns, a complete packing layer may be too large to pass through the tower manway. In these cases, the packing can be divided into multiple sections for transport into the column and assembly inside the tower.
Segment quantity and individual section dimensions should be determined according to the actual tower and manway geometry.
