1. Overview of ZW43-12 Sectionalizing Vacuum Circuit Breaker
ZW43-12F/630-20 Outdoor AC High-voltage Sectionalizing Vacuum Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the sectionalizing circuit breaker) is a new product independently developed by Sichuan Hongjun Shengyuan Electric Co., Ltd. The sectionalizing circuit breaker is a multi-functional intelligent device integrating the functions of vacuum circuit breaker, sectionalizing circuit breaker, and four types of switches including sectionalisers.1. It is mainly composed of three parts: the main body of the vacuum sectionalizing circuit breaker, the watchdog controller, and the external voltage transformer (Note: double-sided PT is optional in the distribution network automation ring network line). The product is widely used in 10kV urban and rural distribution network overhead ring network lines as sectionalizing disconnectors, tie switches, and automatic switch devices for load allocation of ring network lines. It can be used as a sectionalizing switch (commonly known as a watchdog) in the branch lines of large user power supply, and as a sectionalizing circuit breaker and sectionalisers in the overhead distribution network of feeders. The vacuum sectionalizing circuit breaker has a remote management mode, protection control function, and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect the milliampere - level zero - sequence current and phase - to - phase short - circuit fault current within the boundary, and automatically cut off single - phase grounding faults and phase - to - phase short - circuit faults.

2. ZW43-12 Watchdog Sectionalizing Circuit BreakerFunctional Principle
Automatically cut off single - phase grounding faults. When a single - phase grounding fault occurs in the user's branch line, the sectionalizing circuit breaker automatically trips, and other branch users on the substation and feeder won't be affected by the fault. Automatically isolate phase - to - phase short - circuit faults. When a phase - to - phase short - circuit fault occurs in the user's branch line, the sectionalizing circuit breaker trips before the substation outgoing line protection switch, automatically isolating the faulty line without causing power outages to other branch users on the feeder. Quickly locate the fault point. When a fault in the user's branch line triggers the protection action of the sectionalizing circuit breaker, only the responsible user will experience a power outage, and the user will actively report the fault information. The power company can quickly send personnel to the site for troubleshooting. If the sectionalizing circuit breaker is equipped with a communication module, the information will be automatically sent to the power management center. Monitor the user's load. When the sectionalizing circuit breaker is configured with wired or wireless communication accessories, the monitoring data will be transmitted to the power management center to achieve remote real - time data monitoring of the user's load. Remote operation function. Users can operate the opening and closing of the vacuum sectionalizing circuit breaker via SMS or the computer background.
