Product Description
The W*H16* pilot-operated directional control valve can be actuated by either a solenoid or pressure oil, depending on the drive method. This valve is used for directional control in hydraulic systems and is specifically designed for modern control systems. Its optimized flow path design ensures a low pressure drop even at high flow rates. Thanks to its CETOP interface, the valve can be mounted on a mounting plate or directly on a control block. The WEH16* electrically piloted directional control valve primarily consists of a main valve body and an electromagnetic pilot valve. The solenoid drives the pilot piston to move longitudinally, thereby releasing pressure oil to one side of the main control piston, which then switches to the desired position. As a result, the main flow can flow from port P to system ports A or B. The fluid discharged by the actuator flows back to the tank via port A or B. The required control fluid supply within the valve can be provided internally via port P or externally via port X from an external pressure source. When the solenoid is de-energized, both the pilot piston and the main piston return to their initial positions. The hydraulically actuated WVH16* is remotely controlled via an externally mounted pilot valve.
