Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) fiber is a high-performance engineering fiber with excellent comprehensive properties. It is made from thermotropic liquid crystal polymer through advanced melt spinning process, featuring highly oriented molecular structure and stable performance.
This product has ultra-high tensile strength, high modulus and low elongation, providing outstanding mechanical support and long-term durability. With near-zero moisture absorption and low thermal expansion coefficient, it maintains excellent dimensional stability even under high temperature and harsh environments. It also shows superior high temperature resistance, good flame retardancy, and strong resistance to acid, alkali, organic solvents and hydrolysis. In addition, LCP fiber has low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor, delivering excellent high-frequency signal transmission performance and electrical insulation property.
