I. Introduction: The high-pressure hose assembly (JB1885-1890-77) of our factory is made by crimping high-quality high-pressure steel wire braided or wound hoses and steel pipe joints (JB1891-1900-77) with special equipment. It is used to connect various hydraulic components in the hydraulic system. It is mainly applied to transmit hydraulic power or convey high-pressure media such as water, gas, and oil under the working temperature from-40oC to+100oC to ensure the circulation of liquid and the transfer of liquid energy.
II. Product features:
The fully crimped high-pressure hose joint uses nano materials and selects high-quality steel from regular manufacturers. On the basis of the original relevant national standards, referring to the standards and structures of countries such as Germany, the United States, and Japan, and combining with various connection and sealing forms commonly used in the market, it is carefully designed and manufactured. This hose assembly has excellent oil resistance, ozone resistance, aging resistance, and high pulse performance. The pipe fitting products have the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, good interchangeability, and reliable performance. They are indispensable pipeline connection components in hydraulic transmission technology.
In addition, non-standard joints, rigid pipe joints, flexible hose joints, quick joints, etc. can be provided to meetGB,ISO,DINand other standards, offering high-quality products in various forms; also dealing in products such as caps, spring guards, and hydraulic seals.
III. Hose fittings and hose crimping forms:
1.Crimping after stripping the outer rubber
A certain length of the outer rubber layer needs to be stripped. It is suitable forGB/T 3683-92,GB/T 10544-03,DIN20022,SAE100R1A/R2Aand other standard steel wire braided hoses as well as steel wire wound hoses.
2.Crimping without stripping the outer rubber
The processing technology is simple. It is suitable for fiber braided hoses andSAE100RIAT/R2ATand other types of steel wire braided hoses.
3.Crimping after stripping the inner and outer rubber
A certain length of the inner and outer rubber layers needs to be stripped. It is called an internal locking safety-type crimped hose fitting and is suitable forGB/T10544-89Large diameter pipesSAER12,DIN20023 - 4SH and other ultra - high pressure steel wire braided hoses.
4. Hose joints and hose connection forms:
1.Fully crimped high - pressure hose joints.2.Detachable refined joints.3.Vulcanized joints and low - pressure pipe fittings.
The connection forms with pipelines are divided into:A.B.C.D.E.F.K.M.Q.WA.WB.WC.HD.HC and other forms of hose assemblies. The length of the hose is not limited, ranging from a few tenths of a meter to over a hundred meters.
