S5250 defoamer is widely applied in industrial cleaning, metal processing and wastewater treatment sectors. This auxiliary agent features excellent dispersibility, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, shear resistance and good filterability. It delivers instant foam breaking and long-lasting foam inhibition performance; remarkable defoaming effect can be achieved at low dosage.

It can be used under conventional industrial cleaning and rinsing conditions, ensuring no surface defects occur in subsequent coating processes after cleaning.

 

Recommended Dosage

 

Addition dosage: 100 ppm – 1000 ppm (as supplied form, based on total formula mass).

The above recommended dosage is for reference only; the optimal dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

 

Processing Method & Operation Guide

 

This auxiliary can be added at any stage of production process.
