LNG Project Capabilities – Company Overview
We are a full‑chain LNG solution provider with integrated engineering, manufacturing, and supply capabilities. Our scope covers upstream gas sourcing, liquefaction, storage, transportation, regasification, and intelligent control systems – serving shipyards, EPC contractors, oil majors, and end‑users across the globe.
Infrastructure & Manufacturing Base
Our own Gangxin Port is a 5,000‑ton Ro‑Ro terminal fitted with two 800‑ton fixed cranes, enabling heavy‑lift and containerised cargo handling. The workshop is equipped with advanced fabrication equipment: digital cutting (flame, plasma, laser up to 50 mm thickness), beveling machines (working length 12,000 mm), rolling machines (3–50 mm), and automated welding platforms (max cylinder diameter 6,000 mm) with deep‑penetration and robotic ring‑welding technology.
For quality assurance, we operate two X‑ray RT rooms, ten vacuum heating rooms (capable of treating 20 tanks simultaneously), multilayer insulation rooms, cold‑strengthening monitoring systems, vacuum building systems (each treating 6 tanks), heat‑treatment furnaces (up to 35×12×12 m), sandblasting and painting booths, as well as pickling and passivation areas.
Certifications & Engineering Software
We hold ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; national pressure component licences (B4, C2, GB1, GC2); ASME U and NB stamps; PED/EN Module G; and ship class approvals from BV, LR, NK, CCS, DNV, ABS, RINA, and RS. Regional registrations include CUTR, KGS, CRN, DOSH, AS, and METI. Our engineering team uses SW6, COMPRESS, and CAESAR II for design and stress analysis. HSE follows strict Life‑Saving Rules with zero pollution and zero accident targets.
Core Product Portfolio
We design and manufacture a wide range of cryogenic equipment:
Cryogenic storage tanks (1–1,000 m³, 0.2–4.0 MPa) for LOX, LIN, LAR, LNG, LCO₂, and LC₂H₄, designed to GB, EN(PED), ASME(U), and AS standards.
Cryogenic ISO tank containers (20/40/45 ft, 18–52 m³, 0.5–2.2 MPa) with high‑vacuum multilayer insulation and class approvals.
LNG mobile refuelling stations (18–60 m³) and refuelling tanks (15–44 m³) operating at 0.7–1.3 MPa, equipped with pumps, flow meters, and nozzles.
Skid‑mounted LNG regasification stations for town peak‑shaving and fast gas supply.
Marine cargo and fuel tanks – single capacities from 95 m³ up to 4,500 m³, built to classification society rules.

Our track record includes numerous LNG fuel tank projects for major shipowners and shipyards:
Cruise vessels: 2×2,320 m³ and 2×1,800 m³ tanks for MSC at CdA (France), classed by BV.
Ferries: 2×95 m³ for Balearia at Armon (Spain, BV); 2×370 m³ for Stena Line at Weihai (China, DNV).
Tankers & offshore: 2×1,700 m³ for AET at Samsung (DNV); 2×3,000 m³ for KNOT at DSME (DNV); 2×1,500 m³ for NYK at Shin Kurushima (NK); 1×4,500 m³ for MOL at Imabari (NK).
Others: 2,010 m³ for DEME at IHC (BV) and 2×1,000 m³ for DEME at COSCO (DNV).
Upstream LNG Supply & Trading
We secure stable LNG sources with 15‑20 year contracts priced on gas‑field cost, independent of market volatility. We operate both FOB and CIF models, with flexible logistics coordination via ports, trucks, and container yards. As a pioneer in China’s LNG container business, we offer irreplaceable experience in global sales and discharge operations.
Vehicle Gas Supply Systems
With over 15 years in this field, we developed China’s first LNG vehicle gas system and participated in a national LH2 cylinder R&D project (accepted in 2019). Total global supply exceeds 316,000 LNG vehicle cylinders, including regular and intelligent supercharging types for tractors and buses.
Loading Arms, Valves & Intelligent Systems
We launched China’s first LNG dual‑side loading skid (2017) and the first 16‑inch cryogenic unloading arm (2021). We have delivered 60+ marine arms and 1,500+ truck arms. Our cryogenic valve portfolio (gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, emergency shut‑off, safety, pressure regulating, break‑away, and cylinder valves) has sold over 3 million pieces, with hydrogen valves exceeding 200,000 pieces. We also provide intelligent management and safety scheduling systems for LNG plants, terminals, tank containers, and cylinder skids.
Heavy Equipment & Global Partnerships
We are a qualified supplier to TOTAL, SHELL, ADNOC, ExxonMobil, BASF, and KNPC, and maintain long‑term partnerships with EPC leaders such as Samsung, Fluor, Veolia, and Marie Group. We serve as Hyundai EPC’s sole strategic supplier in Asia. Our heavy equipment range includes heat exchangers, reactors, absorbers, columns, bullet tanks, and pressure vessels.
In summary, we combine engineering, fabrication, procurement, project management, and after‑sales support to deliver reliable, cost‑effective, and fully compliant LNG infrastructure – from single components to complete turnkey projects.
