Overview
CH-HB-HD904 is a premium high-hardness sealing material based on hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) and cured through an advanced peroxide vulcanization system. Designed specifically for demanding oil and gas applications, it offers exceptional resistance to Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) and has achieved the internationally recognized NORSOK M-710 Class 0000 certification.
Engineered for use in surface, subsea, downhole, and gas transmission environments, CH-HB-HD904 provides reliable sealing performance under high pressure, aggressive gases, and extreme operating conditions.
