[Customized LOGO] Buyers who want to customize LOGOs should confirm the customization plan with the customer service before placing an order. We will strictly produce according to your requirements. After we start the production, if the printing has not started yet, the plan can be modified. However, once the printing starts, it cannot be modified. If you modify it, the previously produced products will be scrapped, and the printing plate has to be remade, which will generate a series of costs. Please carefully proofread before printing. After notifying us to start production, the design plan cannot be modified, and you cannot request a refund midway. Because we operate on a small - profit - high - turnover model, the advertising - series products are only for large - scale sales, so we are unable to bear the losses!

After - sales Instructions
1. Provide the logo source file, text, or design draft;
2. The designer designs/modifies the design draft and shows it to the buyer. The buyer proofreads and confirms the final draft;
3. Place an order for printing production. The production cycle is about 7 - 15 working days; rush orders can be delivered in (3 - 5) days.
4. Due to factors such as printing equipment, ink reaction, and paper temperature, the color difference of printed products in different batches is about 8%. Due to mass production, there may be an error of about 0.2 - 5 cm in machine calibration, which is a normal phenomenon. Buyers with extremely high requirements for color and size accuracy should be cautious when placing an order.
5. The LOGO and text content of customized products shall be provided and proofread by the buyer. We will conduct stencil printing based on the drawing finally verified by the customer. Therefore, please carefully check the drawing. Once there are errors in patterns and text, the buyer shall bear the responsibility.
6. The production quantity shall be controlled within ±5%. If there is an error in the actual delivery quantity, the two parties need to make up or refund the payment accordingly.
7. Customized products are special products and cannot be resold. Except for quality problems, our store does not support return and exchange without reason. Please understand if it brings you any inconvenience.
