Product Features
1.Good thermal stability and chemical stability
It is not easy to oxidize or decompose in high-temperature environments, and has stable performance in media environments such as bromine, water, acids, and alkalis.
2.Excellent high and low temperature performance and water resistance
The operating temperature range is from -55℃ to +220℃. It does not harden at low temperatures and does not flow at high temperatures, and remains stable in a humid environment.
3.Low volatile loss and excellent sealing performance
Low volatility, long - lasting sealing, can achieve dust prevention, water prevention, leakage prevention, flash stain prevention, damping and shock absorption.
4. Strong material compatibility
Compatible with most materials such as metals, plastics and rubbers, does not corrode, age or swell the substrate.
Applicable scenarios
Lubrication and sealing of industrial equipment such as glass pistons/ground joints in 6.7×10-4Pa vacuum systems, valves/pipelines in contact with chemical media, electrical switches/connectors, automobile brake pumps, oil and gas field logging devices, etc.
Usage method
1. Clean the workpiece surface thoroughly before use to remove oil, impurities and old grease.
2. Apply this product evenly and thinly to the parts that need lubrication and sealing.
3. It can be applied by brushing, smearing, grease gun, etc.
