Product features

　Step 1: Foundation treatment and formwork support

　　1. Roughen the surface of the concrete foundation or use the special interface agent J-302 concrete re-casting agent for interface treatment. Remove rust and oil stains from the components (such as steel base plates) that will be bonded with the seating grout.

　　2. Moisten the surface of the concrete foundation 24 hours before pouring the seating grout once, and there should be no water accumulation during pouring.

　　3. The baffle should be set up tightly to prevent grout leakage. The joints between the formworks can be sealed with a quick plugging agent.

Step 1: Foundation Treatment and Formwork Support

　　2. Moisten the surface of the concrete foundation 24 hours before pouring the seating mortar once, and there should be no standing water during pouring.

　　3. The formwork should be tightly supported to prevent grout leakage. The joints between the formworks can be sealed with a quick plugging agent.

　　Step 2: Grouting Construction

　　1. Add water according to the proportion of 13 - 15% of the weight of the seating mortar and stir evenly.

　　2. During grouting, inject the mortar from one side as much as possible to facilitate the discharge of air between the base plate and the concrete foundation. If necessary, tools such as bamboo slices can be used for diversion. The pouring must be continuous once it starts and cannot be interrupted.

　　Step 3: Curing

　　1. Cover the poured seating mortar with a wet straw bag or cloth and cure it by sprinkling water 2 - 6 times a day.

　　2. The curing temperature should be above 15℃, and the curing period is 7 days. If the on - site temperature is low, the curing period can be appropriately extended.

　　3. Thermal insulation measures should be taken for winter construction.

　　Step 4: Form Removal

　　Form removal should be carried out 24 hours after the pouring is completed, and curing should continue after form removal.

　　Packaging, Storage and Transportation

　　1. The standard packaging specification is 40 kg ± 1 kg per bag.
