The GW-1600 plug seedling seeder is mainly used for medium and large-scale plug seedling sowing of vegetables, flowers, etc. It uses seed suction needles to adsorb one seed per hole, one tray at a time, and causes absolutely no damage to the seeds. The sowing speed can reach 1600 trays per hour.
The executive mechanism components of this machine have a fast dynamic response, excellent acceleration and deceleration performance, and precise timing control. It can still accurately pick up and drop seeds at a high-speed operation state of one tray every 2 - 3 seconds. Moreover, after each seed dropping, it conducts high-pressure pulse backflushing to clean the needles, removing impurities that enter the seed suction needles and preventing blockages.
This machine has three working modes: automatic, semi-automatic, and fully manual. Users can complete debugging work such as changing molds and suction needles in the semi-automatic working state, which is convenient for observing the seed suction situation and improving accuracy. In places with low power capacity such as outdoors, users can switch to the fully manual state to ensure the normal operation of the machine under extreme conditions. This machine is equipped with an excellent follow-up power assist system, which enables users to easily complete sowing even with one finger in the manual mode.
This machine has stable and reliable quality. More than 80% of its spare parts are imported, and the maintenance-free working time of the whole machine can reach over one million trays. The vacuum pump of this machine uses graphite components and does not require lubrication and maintenance. Its maintenance-free working life is over 10 years.
