The application scope of heaters: Air heaters are a widely used type of heater. We commonly call them air heaters. In fact, they can be further classified into many types based on the different gases being heated. Common ones include nitrogen heaters and hydrogen heaters. All of these can be called pipe-type gas heaters. It has been widely applied to many scientific research and production laboratories in aerospace, the weapons industry, the chemical industry and colleges and universities. It is particularly suitable for automatic temperature control and high-flow high-temperature combined systems and accessory tests. Air electric heaters have a wide range of applications: they can heat any gas. The hot air they produce is dry, moisture-free, non-conductive, non-flammable, non-explosive, chemically non-corrosive, pollution-free, safe and reliable, and the heated space can be heated up quickly (controllable).
An air heater is an electric heating device primarily used to heat gas streams. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube, and there are multiple baffle plates (flow guides) inside the heater chamber. These plates guide the flow of gas, extend the gas's retention time within the chamber, thereby ensuring thorough and uniform heating of the gas and improving heat exchange efficiency. The stainless steel heating tube, which serves as the heating element, is manufactured by inserting a heating wire into a seamless steel tube, filling the gaps with magnesium oxide powder that has good thermal conductivity and insulation properties, and then shrinking the tube. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat is diffused through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the heating tube, and then transferred to the heated air to achieve the purpose of heating.
