The main anti-corrosion processes are: 1. IPN8710 anti-corrosion (mainly applicable to drinking water pipelines); 2. 2PE/3PE anti-corrosion, with the first layer being epoxy powder, the second layer being adhesive, and the third layer being polyethylene; epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion (prepared from epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, anti-rust pigments, additives, and modified amines. The product features rapid drying, good adhesion, good flexibility, two-component packaging, and convenient construction. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, water, and oil); 3. epoxy powder anti-corrosion (using electrostatic spraying process to apply epoxy powder on the surface of steel pipes, forming a film in one go. This coating has the advantages of simple application operation, no pollution, good impact resistance and bending resistance of the coating, and high temperature resistance). The main implementation standards are FBE epoxy powder anti-corrosion implemented in accordance with SY/T0315-1997 "Technical Standard for Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder External Coating of Steel Pipelines", and 2PE/3PE anti-corrosion implemented in accordance with SY/T0413-2002 (experimental) "Technical Standard for External Polyethylene Coating of Buried Steel Pipelines".
