Products Description
The diagram of HM integral structure Silt Curtain
The Components of HOKBG Silt Curtain:
Skirt: Made of High strength UV resistant Impermeable PVC fabric in orange color, the strength of impermeable PVC fabric more than 30-30KN/m.
Flotation: the material of flotation is high density rigid foam, the size is D30*L120cm.
Ballast: Anti-UV Sand bag, size:D0.2*L1.1m.
The Height of Skirt : Recommend 1 meter or 1.5 meters.
Accessories: All use aging resistant and good alkali corrosion resistant materials.
Flotation
The Function of Flotation is to hang on and to open the Silt curtain, to make sure the silt curtain not sink. Flotation made of high density rigid foam, and packed by high strength aging resistant filter cloth, adhesive Reflective Warning Tape will be sewn on the flotation, and install the Night warning light, ensuring the safety at night.
Skirt
Made of High strength UV resistant Impermeable PVC fabric in orange color. The HOKBG Silt Curtain is an integral structure, and the Skirt has no overlap. The height of skirt can be 1 meter or 1.5 meters. No need too high, oil is float upper the water.
Ballast
Due to the fast water currents, constantly changing tides, the skirt of Silt Curtain will be tilt and float, so we need add ballast,that Ballast we will sew a pocket on the bottom of skirt, put the cylinder sand bag inside. There are 4 anchor points at the edge of the each section, every 20 meters at the top and bottom of the curtain connection position can be with anchor points,
use sandbag as a ballast at the bottom, the top of the anchor used to hang fixed.
