Core advantages of resin model manufacturing
High precision detail replication: This material has moderate viscosity and good fluidity, enabling it to easily fill the fine lines and complex patterns on the master mold. After curing, the linear shrinkage rate is ≤ 0.3%, allowing for precise restoration of the fine structures required for resin models, such as the clothing folds of anime figurines or the texture details of artifact replicas, avoiding deformation or missing details after model formation.
Compatible with various resins and easy demolding: It has strong compatibility with common resin model raw materials such as unsaturated polyester resin and epoxy resin, and will not undergo chemical reactions that cause damage to the mold or the model. At the same time, its surface tension after curing is low, featuring excellent demolding performance. Without the need to apply excessive demolding agents, the resin castings can be easily removed, and scratches or damages on the model surface can be reduced.
High durability and wide application scenarios: After curing, the hardness is typically between 15 - 40 Shore A, with high tensile and tear strength. It can withstand 200°C for a long time and 300 - 500°C for a short period. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, and anti-aging. These characteristics enable molds to be frequently remolded, suitable for small batch figurine production to medium batch handicraft production; it is suitable for small precision models and can also be made into large resin sculptures through the split mold process.
