The 3003 non-stick aluminum circle is a high-quality aluminum disc product made from 3003 aluminum alloy. It is produced through rolling, drawing, stamping, and annealing processes. As a member of the Al-Mn (aluminum-manganese) series, 3003 aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance, good ductility, outstanding thermal conductivity, and superior forming performance.
It is widely used in kitchen cookware, utensils, lighting reflectors, electronic shells, and pressure vessels due to its balance of strength, lightweight properties, and formability.
3003-O Aluminum Circle
The "O" temper refers to the fully annealed (soft) condition. This state offers maximum ductility and formability, making it ideal for deep drawing, spinning, and complex forming processes. The O temper minimizes cracking and waste during manufacturing.
3003-H18 Aluminum Circle
The "H18" temper is strain-hardened to achieve maximum hardness. It is suitable for applications where higher strength and hardness are required, or as a base material for composite bottom cookware. Some manufacturers also use H18 circles for shallow drawing or stamping, producing cookware with a stiffer body.
