Technical Parameters
  • Communication Speed

    • Vnet/IP side: 100Mbps, full-duplex, using UTP cable (CAT5e or better), RJ45 connector interface, compatible with 100Base-TX. The maximum distance between AVR10 and the Layer 2 switch is 100m.

    • V-network side: 10Mbps, connected with coaxial cable, BNC type.

  • Installation Method
    Supports 19-inch rack installation, fixed by 4 M5 screws, and insulating bushings (accessories) can be used.

  • Connection Mode
    Power supply, grounding, and contact output are all connected via M4 screw terminals. The V-network and VL-network sides use T-connector BNC connections, and the Vnet/IP side uses UTP cable connection.

Working Principle
The AVR10D-Q22020 receives, processes, and forwards data between different networks through internal routing chips and related circuits. It can identify data from the Vnet/IP network and correctly transmit it to target devices on the Vnet or VL network according to preset routing rules, and vice versa. Meanwhile, using the dual V-network architecture, it real-time monitors the network status and automatically switches to the backup network when the main network fails to ensure continuous data transmission. In addition, it filters and verifies transmitted data through built-in security mechanisms to prevent illegal data intrusion and ensure network security.

Common Faults and Solutions
  • Network Connection Interruption

    • Possible Causes: Loose or damaged network cable, interface failure, etc.

    • Solutions: Check whether the UTP cable on the Vnet/IP side and the coaxial cable on the V-network side are firmly connected and free of damage. If the cables are normal, try replacing the device's network interface or connecting to other normal interfaces for testing.

  • Abnormal Data Transmission

    • Possible Causes: Incorrect routing configuration, insufficient network bandwidth, or electromagnetic interference.

    • Solutions: Check whether the device's routing configuration parameters are correct, confirm if other devices occupy a large amount of network bandwidth, ensure the device is installed away from strong electromagnetic interference sources, and optimize the network or reconfigure the routing if necessary.

  • Power Failure

    • Phenomenon: The device has no power supply, and the indicator light is off.

    • Possible Causes: Incorrect power wiring, damaged power module, etc.

    • Solutions: Check whether the power input is normal and the wiring polarity is correct. If the power input is normal, the power module may be faulty, and professional personnel should be contacted for replacement.

  • Security Alarm

    • Possible Causes: The device's security function triggers an alarm, possibly due to a network attack or improper security settings.

    • Solutions: View the device's alarm log to determine the specific attack type or security violation, update security policies (such as setting access permissions, adding firewall rules), and contact network security experts for handling if necessary.
