Working PrincipleTemperature Monitoring and Logic Control
  • The built-in or external NTC thermistor collects the ambient temperature in real time, converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal (such as resistance value change), and transmits it to the microprocessor after being converted into a digital quantity by ADC.

  • The microprocessor outputs a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal according to preset thresholds (e.g., starting low speed at 40℃ and high speed at 50℃), adjusts the duty cycle of the fan drive circuit, and realizes speed control.

Power Supply and Drive Circuit Design
  • The power module converts 24V DC into the 5V/3.3V power required by internal chips, and drives the fan motor through MOSFET or relay, with overcurrent protection (automatically cutting off the output when the current exceeds the rated value).
