Anti-high Temperature Deep Pleated Hepa Filter

Designed for cleanroom HVAC systems, this final-stage filter is ideal for dust-free workshops, high-temperature environments with stringent fire safety requirements, and ventilation systems in high-temperature air purification settings such as clean ovens and automotive painting facilities.

It features high efficiency, low resistance, large dust-holding capacity, and high temperature tolerance. The filter media consists of high-temperature resistant ultra-fine glass fiber paper, with aluminum foil as the separator, and the frame options include aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. 

It can operate stably at temperatures up to 350°C and can withstand continuous operation at 450°C for one hour. It can endure repeated thermal cycling stresses. Unlike common ceramic sealants, it uses imported flexible sealing materials to prevent cracking, peeling, and leakage that often occur with ceramic sealants during temperature changes. 

Filter grades available are H10, H11, H12, H13, and H14. 

Common sizes include 610x610x150, 630x630x220, 915x610x150, and 610x610x290, with custom dimensions also available.
