Type A Desiccant Fine-Pored White Silica Gel

Type A silica gel also known as Narrow pore silica gel, is transparent and translucent particles. It is divided into two types: spherical and block. The main component is SiO2·nH₂O, insoluble in water and inorganic acid, soluble in hydrofluoric acid and concentrated caustic soda solution. High mechanical strength, good wear resistance. The pore volume is 0.35-0.5ml/g, pore size 20-40Å, specific surface area ≥600㎡/g.  

The product is an important adsorbent, suitable for drying all kinds of industrial gases, such as air, oxygen, hydrogen and organic gases, as well as instruments, electrical appliances, textiles, food, medicine, clothing, shoes and hats, containers and other kinds of packaging items moisture-proof, organic products dewatering and refining and air humidity regulation. Adsorption of flammable and explosive gases such as acetylene from compressed air.
