Die cutting part

◆ under the condition of no die cutting, the template roller and Youli rubber roller are automatically separated through the cylinder eccentric device, which can reduce the no-load load load of the machine and prolong the service life of Youli rubber and knife die.

◆ cooperate with the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system, (the rubber pad roller drops during paper feeding) when the paper feeding stops, the rubber pad roller then rises, and each paperboard is die cut correctly.

◆ the mechanical transmission excellent force rubber roller moves laterally by 40mm to the left and right, and is equipped with radial differential device, which can make the rubber pad wear evenly distributed and improve the service life of the rubber pad.

◆ die cutting phase adopts PLC, touch screen and electric digital 360 degree adjustment.

◆ the machine is equipped with a superior glue correction device, which can be used after repeatedly correcting the rubber pad.
