Division for Borosilicate Glass Tubes and Related Glassblowing Articles:
Since 2014, we've specialized in manufacturing both colored and clear borosilicate 3.3 glass tubing and rods, using state-of-the-art Vello & Danner processes. Our advanced technology, imported from Germany, allows us to create premium glassblowing articles, establishing us as a leader in the Chinese market. Our capacity to produce over 150,000 metric tons of glass tube annually is a testament to our status as a frontrunner in the industry. Through continuous innovation, we achieve precise dimensional accuracy, setting the benchmark in China for high-precision glass tubing.
Our expertise extends to secondary processing, where we redraw high-precision bore glass and quartz tubes. This specialization serves optoelectronics, fibre optics, telecommunications, medical, and other niche applications.
In addition to our tubing solutions, we proudly craft scientific laboratory glassware, along with heat-resistant glass tea and coffee sets, glass water pipes, and baby feeding bottles. Our diverse range also includes lamp glass shells and other bespoke glassblowing creations.
Division for Borosilicate Molded Glassware:
Our 2014 expansion into molded glassware, driven by superior electrically melted glass furnace control technology, allows us to produce heat-resistant bakeware, casseroles, and food storage jars. These products are designed for seamless integration into ovens, microwaves, freezers, and dishwashers.
We are proud to boast an annual production capacity of around 5,000 metric tons of these durable glass products.
Division for Pharmaceutical Glass Packaging:
Since 2014, we've entered the pharmaceutical glass packaging market, offering neutral borosilicate tubes, USP TYPE I vials, ampoules, cartridge, and prefillable syringes. Our products meet stringent industry standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
