The pallet block production line focuses on the recycling of wood waste and achieves efficient and environmentally friendly production through automated processes. First, the multifunctional crusher processes the wood into sawdust/shavings, which are evenly mixed with glue in the glue mixer after the moisture content is controlled by the dryer. The mixed material enters the foot pier forming machine and is hot-pressed into standard or customized foot pier blanks through high temperature and high pressure. Subsequently, the automatic pier cutter accurately cuts the blanks to ensure dimensional accuracy. The production line supports fully automated operation, and the finished products have the characteristics of high strength and good weather resistance. They are widely used in the manufacture of fumigation-free wooden pallets, effectively reducing wood consumption and production costs.
