Packaging aluminum foil usually refers to a thin sheet made of aluminum with a purity of more than 99% after rolling. The alloy numbers of packaging aluminum foil mainly include 1 series, 3 series and 8 series products. Specifically, the commonly used models are 1050, 1060, 1100, 1235, 3003, 8011, 8021, 8079, etc. The more commonly used alloy states are H14, H16, and H18. The thickness is usually between 0.006 - 0.2 mm.

Common application areas
1. Food packaging: widely used in the packaging of various foods, such as chocolate, candy, chewing gum, dairy products, meat products, convenience foods, baked goods, tea, coffee, etc. For example, chocolate is usually packaged in a composite form of aluminum foil and paper or plastic, which can not only show the appearance of the product, but also prevent the chocolate from melting and oxidation; meat products can be packaged in aluminum foil to maintain the freshness and color of the meat and extend the shelf life.
2. Packaging aluminum foil production process
10 Melting and casting: Heating and melting aluminum ingots, continuously casting and rolling them into aluminum slabs through a casting and rolling machine, which determines the material quality and initial thickness of the aluminum foil.
2. Cold rolling: Further cold rolling of aluminum slabs to reduce to the required thickness, improve strength, hardness and mechanical properties.
3. Foil rolling: Finely rolling to extremely thin aluminum foil (0.006 - 0.2 mm) on a foil rolling mill requires high equipment precision and good rolling technology.
4. Slitting and Packing: Slitting aluminum foil rolls according to demand, packing for storage and transportation, for use by downstream processing enterprises.
