Preservation of water-based synthetic metalworking fluids based on amines, borates, phosphates, nitrates, etc, and also for the protection of those fluids based on soluble or emulsifying oils modified with nonionic surfactants.

1. Sterilization, algae removal, and anti-corrosion: This product is a water-soluble polyquaternary ammonium salt compound with broad-spectrum bactericidal properties, which has inhibitory and bactericidal effects on multiple series of microorganisms in a wide range of acidity and alkalinity.

2. Settlement: The settlement of iron filings and glass powder has a significant effect, ensuring the clean flow of cutting fluid, improving recycling efficiency, and extending service life.
3. Emulsification: Its chemical structure and cationic properties can effectively destroy the interface between suspended particles and oil droplets, ensuring a cleaner and more uniform flow of cutting fluid.
