In order to adapt to various ingredients, Promax injection machines are equipped with salt water pump pressure adjustment function, which can achieve a minimum absorption rate of 8 to 10% for various types of meat. For the injected brine, the Promax injection machine has a triple filtration system (to keep the brine smooth), a mobile stainless steel brine hopper, and a stirring system (MSK-/56/98/195) in the interior to keep the brine clear.
