TA type double opening hanging card
TA type elevators are mainly used for clamping and lifting tubing, casing, and drill collars during oil and gas drilling and well repair operations. Capable of working normally under climatic conditions ranging from -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, suitable for suspending various types of oil pipes with diameters ranging from 21.9 inches to 4 and a half inches. The DD (TA) series tubing hoist has a rated load of 65t (585kN), 100t (900kN), 125t (1125kN), and 150t (1350kN), and is a specialized tool used for suspending tubing lifting and lowering in petroleum drilling and production operations.
TA type suspension card models include TA-35 TA-65、TA-100、TA-150。 These models of elevators are suitable for different pipe diameters and rated loads, with specific information as follows:
TA-35 is suitable for pipe diameters of 27/8-31/8 and rated loads of 1.05-27/8 short tons.
TA-65 is also suitable for pipe diameters of 27/8-31/8, with a rated load of 1.66-27/8 short tons.
TA-100 is suitable for pipe diameters of 31/8-85/8 and rated loads of 23/8-41/2 short tons.
TA-150 is suitable for pipe diameters of 41/8-111/4 and rated loads of 41/2-103/4 short tons.
