At present, we have adopted the seamless integral molding vulcanization process to produce rubber tracks. The seamless rubber tracks overcome the disadvantages of traditional lap type rubber tracks that are prone to breakage and cracking at the lap joint after long-term use, further extending the service life of rubber tracks. It also has advantages such as high tensile strength and longer service life compared to traditional tracks.

It is obvious that tracks can significantly reduce the restrictions of road conditions on heavy-duty vehicles, thereby improving the tactical maneuverability of tanks in harsh road conditions. Most tractors and harvesters use tracks, and logistics transportation is mainly wheeled. However, tracked vehicles are not as flexible as wheeled vehicles, and track pins connect the various track plates to form track chains. The two ends of the track shoe have holes that mesh with the driving wheel, and there are guiding teeth in the middle to align the track and prevent it from falling off when turning or tilting. There are reinforced anti slip ribs (referred to as patterns) on the side in contact with the ground to improve the firmness of the track shoe and the adhesion between the track and the ground.
