Installation:

1.Polyurethane Conveyor Belt Cleaner is a road scraper, should be installed at the head pulley.

2.Fastening systems and support bracket for mounting and can be installed at any angle towards the blade (360 °).

3.Rely on corresponding conveyor structure, installation and fasteners can be installed inside or outside the chute, so long as they do not block the whereabouts of the material can be.

usage:

1.The conveyor belt cleaner’s main application is cleaning residual material from the conveyor belt.

2.Our cleaner is suited on belts from ~500 to 2200mm

3.Our cleaner is suited for head pulley diameter from 300 to 1600mm.
