1. Introduction:

Test probe 19 (small finger probe: Φ5.6-length 44)  is designed according to IEC61032 figure 13, this is an access probe intended to simulate access to hazardous parts by children of 36 months or less.  The handle is provided with an extension 464.3mm long, and it is detachable to applied with or without this extension, whichever is the more onerous condition. The extension of the handle represents of the arm of child. Both joints shall permit movement in the same plane and the same direction through an angle of 90°
