7116MR Desktop High-speed Micro Refrigerated Centrifuge
Main purposes
The machine adopts a 7-inch large touch screen, is easy to operate, and has fast speed -up and down.
It can be used with PCR 8-tube strips to quickly precipitate and separate DNA, RNA, proteins and viruses.
It is applied in bacterial and protein precipitation, nucleic acid extraction, cell/subcellular component separation,
environmentally friendly sample processing, clinical testing sample processing, etc.
Main features
1. Brand new XIUI3.0 operating system, touch screen programmable operation, microcomputer control,
direct drive of brushless DC motor, precise speed control.
2. 7-inch IPS LCD touch screen with wide viewing angle, digital input, simple operation, real-time interface display
of settings and operating parameters; multi-functional breathing light makes the experimental process colorful;
full-steel housing adopts surface corrosion-resistant orange peel fine wrinkle treatment and has plump lines,
which is based on visual beauty and gives it an industrial ergonomic overall design with sense of security and
high recognition rate.
3. It adopts imported fluorine-free refrigeration compressor unit (refrigerant R404a), which meets environmental
protection requirements. It has pre-cooling function and a wide temperature control range: -20℃ to +40℃, which
can quickly reach the set temperature; the cavity is embedded with national standard copper tubes, which has
strong hot and cold exchange capabilities and ensures constant temperature centrifugal effect.
4. It has various sound and light warning and protection functions such as overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance,
misoperation, overcurrent and overvoltage, and anti-hand pinching; the hydrogen-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant
fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring can work at -55 ~ +200 ℃ for long term ; the beautiful and compact inner panel
of the compression-molded hatch dually prevents aerosol from spilling out; it adopts design of 304 stainless steel
integrated seamless molded corrosion-resistant centrifugal chamber, steel cylinder liner, and sound-absorbing air
duct.
5. The door cover adopts an electronic door lock, which supports one-click opening. The gas spring hydraulic lever
makes closing the door cover easy and convenient. The door cover can be opened manually during shutdown or
power outage. The anti-pinch function prevents fingers from being accidentally injured during hasty operation.
6. Optional Bluetooth/type-c interface, short-range control by mini programs, convenient for system upgrades and
experimental data downloading.
7. 10 gears speed-up/10 gears speed-down; three-level damping and shock absorption to ensure smooth operation
of the sample without re-suspension; 99 sets of programs can be stored; it has the functions of inching, timing,
differential time, density, and gradient centrifugation and can meet diversified experimental requirements.
8. Optional rotor automatic identification function can automatically load and lock rotor parameters; parameters can
be modified during operation without stopping, and current parameters are automatically saved.
