The injection moulding of TPX release film can be done with polyolefin moulding machine with appropriate heating capacity and temperature control mechanism. The temperature range of moulding is wide, 270-330℃ can be moulded, the internal deformation is small, in order to get good physical properties of the products, high temperature moulding should be adopted, the mould temperature is 20-80℃, TPX, like PP, is a pyrolysis material, it will decompose under prolonged heating, so the capacity of the moulding machine should be appropriate, the injection capacity is too large relative to the weight of the products, but it is impossible to get good products, the melting point of TPX release film is low, the viscosity will flow out from the front of the nozzle, so it is necessary to use a closed nozzle.
