Induction Hardening Equipment

Product Description

This type of induction hardening equipment is aimed for heating the workpieces such as pins, shaft, and gear. Complete set of induction hardening machine contain with induction power supply, transformer, customized heating coil, CNC controlled quenching machine, and cooling system.

Induction hardening uses induction heating and rapid cooling (quenching) to increase the hardness and durability of steel. Induction is a non-contact process that produces intense, localized and controlled heat quickly. By induction, only the part to be hardened is heated. Optimal results are achieved by optimizing the heating cycle, frequency, and process parameters such as coil and quench design.

Induction is used to harden many parts. Examples include: gears, crankshafts, camshafts, drive shafts, output shafts, torsion bars, rocker arms, isokinetic universal joints, tulips, valves, rock drills, slewing bearings, inner and outer rings.
