Specification
The edible straw production line equipment uses rice flour and tapioca starch as raw materials. The blanks of various sizes are made by a twin-screw extruder, and then dried to form a straw with a smooth surface and a realistic shape; our unit screw combination technology and production process The precise control of the product allows you to have a wider choice of raw materials, higher product quality, and more variety. A twin-screw extruder can complete the process of mixing, kneading, steaming and cooking, and extrusion molding.
1. The machine is composed of feeding system, extrusion system, heating system transmission system, cooling system and control system.
2. The frequency conversion technology is adopted to make the equipment run more smoothly and save electricity.
3. The screw adopts nitriding treatment, the screw life is long.
4. Process flow: raw material ratio → mixing → extrusion molding → conveying → cutting → drying → finished product → (packing)
5. Equipment configuration: powder mixing machine→f eeding machine → extruder → special cutting forming machine → drying box → (packaging)
