Processing Flow :

Step 1: mixing pea(or defatted peal meal) with a 20-50 g/L leaching solution according to the ratio of material to liquid being 1 to (5-15), and leaching for 25-80 min while stirring at the temperature being 40-70 DEG C, wherein the solute of the leaching solution is formed by mixing sodium sulfite and sodium polyphosphate according to a weight ratio being (1.5-5) to 1;

step 2: carrying out first-time centrifugal separation for a product obtained in the step 1 to obtain protein fluid and bean dregs, and regulating the pH value of the protein fluid to 4.2-4.5 by using acid;

step 3:carrying out centrifugal separation on the protein fluid obtained in the step 2 and then smashing; adding alkali liquor into the smashed product for neutralization until pH is equal to 7.1+/-0.1; and sterilizing, dehydrating and drying to obtain the isolated soy protein
