5 CIP System, Water treatment system

6 Pipes, valves and other connecting accessories Supporting piping, valve group, seals, unilateral, elbow, clamp, data line, power cord, pipe filter, cable tray and so on.
7 Installation and Commissioning
1.The acreage of work place is not less than 2000㎡ and the height is not less than 5m. Outside of the house there should be a area that is not less than 300㎡ and ventilated to use.
2.Keep the good environment nearby the workshop and storeroom. The other product which is bad for food is not allowed to produce in the same factory.
3.Work area and living area should be separate. The layout of work area should be rational.
4.There should be some virescence in the work area. The road surface should be flat and no water and the main road should be paved by concrete, bitumen or stone to prevent dust.
5.Sewerage should accord with national environment requirement.
6.The washrooms of factory should have wash and mothproof services. The bottom of the wall should have white ceramic tiles and the floor should be easy to clean disinfect.
7.Rubbish and waste should be put in a appointed place which is far from workshop and be dealt in time.
WORKSHOP PROCESSING REQUIREMENT
8.Antisepsis and mildew avoid ground; drain grade is 3~5‰
9.The ceilings, walls, doors and windows of workshop should be used light color and innocuous dope which is easy to clean and disinfect.
10.Inside of the workshop it should be bright, breezy and clean and prepare wash, disinfectant and mothproof services.
11.It should be prepared suitable tables, tools and cars which are antiseptic and easy to clean and disinfect. It is not allowed to use the tools made of bamboo and wood.
12.It must have enough bathing boxes (enough chests), washrooms and restrooms nearby workshop. There must be autokinetic wash and disinfection services in the workshop.
13.It should have bathrooms nearby workshop and disinfectant place for shoes and wash services in the workshop.

The same process is also used to sterilize prepared food, such as soups, sauces, desserts, tomato and fruit preparations, and baby food.
Difference between Pasteurization and Sterilization
Pasteurization and sterilization are common terms that are heard in the fast moving consumer goods industry. These terms refer to processes that are used to increase the shelf life of a particular product, most commonly liquids. Both processes are responsible for eliminating bacteria from the food that causes the food to become contaminated. Although both processes seem to perform the same function, they are different from each other in multiple ways.
Pasteurization is the process of heating food, specifically liquids, to a specific temperature to slow microbial growth in the food. Pasteurization requires rapidly heating the liquid to a specific temperature for a specified time, followed by rapid cooling and then sealing. This process kills the heat susceptible organisms and their spores. Pasteurization is named after microbiologist Louis Pasteur, inventor of the process. Pasteur initially invented the process to keep wine and beer from going sour; however, this process is now used very commonly for milk. Notice, the milk cartons saying pasteurized or homogenized on the cover.

Main feature of the UHT sterilizer
Used for the sterilization of low acid foods, UHT treatment involves heating the product to over 135 °C. It destroys all microorganisms, making the end product suitable for ambient distribution.

With indirect heating, the product does not come into direct contact with the heat source, but is instead heated using heat exchangers.
