Introduction to kneading machine:
A vertical kneader is a type of mixing equipment used in various industries, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is designed for mixing high viscosity silicone rubber or other viscous materials. A vertical kneader consists of a vertically oriented mixing chamber or bowl, usually made of stain-free steel, and a rotating shaft with mixing elements. The mixing elements are usually attached to the shaft in the form of arms, paddles or blades and are responsible for the kneading action. When the machine is running, the mixing chamber is filled with ingredients or materials to be mixed. A rotating shaft driven by a motor causes radial and axial movement of the mixing element, causing it to rotate and move up and down. This action kneads and mixes the ingredients effectively, ensuring efficient mixing and uniformity.
