7. How can I empty an FIBC bag? Transportation is only a part of the whole system, in the final stage, we are facing problems of how the products in the jumbo bag can be discharged safely without wastage.The most traditional way of discharging a jumbo bag is through a discharge spout, which is added to the bottom of the bag. Usually, the discharge spout is tucked inside a closure on the bottom of the bag.
The closure is sometimes called a petal closure, pajama closure, star, or x-cut closure. The closure is designed to protect the spout and to prevent the product from sifting out of the discharge before its intended discharge. Discharge spouts can be customized with specific sizes and closures.There are several ways as to methods of discharging bulk bags.The first and most common one is gravity.
