This test bench is to make life test on the Safety Thermocouples used in Hobs and Oven. The user can create test programs with simple instructions. The thermocouples are placed on flames for pre-established times and are then cooled in the air. For examples 30 minutes on the flame and 5 minutes out in the air.
These cycles take months to simulate the real life of a thermocouple. The voltage in mV emitted by the thermocouple throughout the test is measured, to see if there is a decrease during operation.
All data are archived in a database and at the end of the test a test report can be printed with graphics and key test data.
