2. Pigment properties

Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology: Permanent Orange GP (C.I. Pigment Orange 64) is a bright red brilliant orange pigment, which belongs to benzimidazolone pigments. Has excellent light fastness, heat resistance, solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance. In plastics, it can withstand 300℃/5min in HDPE, but with the increase of temperature, the color becomes yellowish, does not affect the crystallinity of the polymer, and does not produce dimensional deformation; it has good migration resistance in plastic PVC. In metal decorative printing ink, the thermal stability is 200℃.

The pigment orange 64 produced by Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology can correspond to the GP orange of Ciba pigments.

3. Application areas

Mainly used for paints, powder coatings, inks, plastics (PS PO ABS PVC PC PBT), rubber coloring and puree coloring of synthetic fibers.
