Product Description
The scope of use of the hydraulic brake and the use of the method explained to you, but if you need to disassemble the brake because of special needs, can you follow the correct steps to disassemble it? It doesn't matter, the following is to share with you about the steps to disassemble the brake.
Step 1: Remove the connecting bolts and copper washers.
Step 2: Disconnect the brake hose. Insert the open hose into the container and then carefully pump out the oil.
Step 3: Remove the locating bolt, caliper assembly, brake friction pad, friction pad spring and caliper bracket
Step 4: Remove the piston and piston sealing body.
Step 5: Blow compressed air into the opening of the hose fitting and push out the caliper piston from the caliper body. Do not pry on the piston, which should be covered with a rag to prevent injury when ejected from the cylinder.
Step 6: Remove the piston seal.
